The Players meet regularly every- Wednesday - 8.0 p.m. till 10.30 p.m. at Wraysbury Village Hall Most Wednesday's are taken up with rehearsing and organising our next production along with the odd cup of coffee and a chat - as happens when two or more people meet. The Players stage 3 productions a year. January..................A Pantomime May & October.....usually a play On these 3 occasions our meetings become a 7 day event. Erecting a set on the Sunday, technical rehearsal Monday, dress rehearsal Tuesday, public performance through till Saturday then strike the set on Sunday. We start all over again the following Wednesday. Pop in to see us. You could be of use to the Players even if you are unable to commit yourself to a regular schedule. |

Our weekly meetings are considered 'open' evenings and welcome anyone who is curious or interested in our activities. If you would rather not just 'turn up' uninvited, which we always welcome, then phone one of our members who will then expect you on arrival. OBJECTIVES |

The Players objectives are to stage amateur theatre and to encourage and foster interest in amateur dramatics. The Players require, not only members to 'tread the boards' but, for equally important tasks such as sound, lighting, costumes, scenery, prop's and front of house activities. |

GOVERNING BODY |
|
Members Council (members of one or more years standing.) The Council meet at least twice a year and are responsible for formulation of group policy, the annual programme and selection of producers. Management Committee Nominated and elected at the A.G.M. To meet as and when necessary. Responsible for organisation, carrying through programme of events and implementation of group policy. |
